Depending on the package or subscription selected, services may include:

- Offensive and defensive playbook management.
- Game preparation and play selection.
- Coaching staff roles and responsibilities.
- Game-day information and play suggestions.
- Player and substitution management.
- Compatible coaching tablets, player watches, and related equipment.
Features and availability may vary depending on the selected plan, hardware package, and service configuration.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
Certain features may require you to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Keep your account information updated.
- Use your account only for authorized purposes.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

By submitting team or player information, you confirm that:
- You have the necessary authority to provide the information.
- You have obtained any permissions or consents required by applicable law.
- The information does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
- You will use the information only for legitimate team-management and coaching purposes.
If your team includes minors, you are responsible for obtaining any required parental or legal guardian permissions before entering their information.
You must not use Human Dashboard to collect, share, or process personal information in a manner that violates applicable privacy or data protection laws.
5. Subscriptions and Software Plans
Human Dashboard may offer software access through different subscription plans, including Basic, Pro, and Elite.
Subscription prices, billing periods, features, and limitations will be communicated on the website or during the purchasing process.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Software subscriptions are separate from hardware purchases.
- Subscription fees are charged according to the selected billing arrangement.
- Access to subscription features may depend on an active and paid subscription.
- Plan features and pricing may change with appropriate notice where required by law.
- You are responsible for reviewing the plan details before purchasing.
If a subscription payment fails or remains overdue, we may restrict or suspend access to subscription-dependent features after providing any notice required by applicable law.

Hardware purchases are separate from software subscriptions unless expressly stated otherwise.
By purchasing hardware, you acknowledge that:
- Package contents are based on the product description at the time of purchase.
- Equipment should be used according to the applicable instructions.
- You are responsible for reasonable care, storage, and handling of purchased equipment.
- Compatibility may depend on supported devices, software versions, and connectivity requirements.
- Delivery estimates may vary depending on location, availability, and shipping conditions.
Any applicable warranty, shipping, return, replacement, or repair terms will be provided with the purchase or in a separate hardware policy.
7. Founding 200 Teams Offer
Human Dashboard may offer promotional pricing to qualifying teams through its Founding 200 Teams program.
Where advertised, the offer may include a discount on eligible hardware packages, subject to the following:
- The offer is limited to the stated number of qualifying teams.
- Promotional pricing applies only to eligible hardware packages.
- Software subscriptions are separate unless expressly included.
- Eligibility and availability must be confirmed by Human Dashboard.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
Human Dashboard reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers, subject to applicable law and any purchase commitments already accepted.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with the platform’s operation, security, or availability.
- Upload malicious software, harmful files, or unauthorized content.

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action, including restricting access or suspending accounts.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Human Dashboard website, software, branding, design, interface, graphics, documentation, and related materials belong to Human Dashboard or its respective licensors.
You may use the platform only for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Human Dashboard materials without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
You retain ownership of content and information you upload. By submitting content, you grant Human Dashboard a limited right to host, process, display, and use that content as necessary to provide and maintain the services.

- Every device or network will be compatible.
- Game-day information or play suggestions will always be accurate or suitable for a particular situation.
- Use of the platform will produce specific athletic, coaching, or team-performance results.
Human Dashboard is a coaching and team-management support platform. It does not replace the professional judgment, supervision, or decision-making responsibilities of coaches and team administrators.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Human Dashboard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where permitted by law, Human Dashboard’s total liability arising from a claim relating to the services will be limited to the amount paid by you to Human Dashboard for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Human Dashboard, its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of another person’s rights.
- Your failure to obtain required permissions or consents for information submitted to the platform.
- Your unlawful use of team or player information.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

You may stop using Human Dashboard at any time, subject to any outstanding payment obligations or applicable subscription cancellation terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You materially violate these Terms.

- You fail to meet applicable payment obligations.
- Your actions threaten platform security or other users.
